A Farmyard Family Photoshoot near Whitby

My most recent family photoshoot, at Katie and Will’s small-holding near Whitby was extra special. In September I will be shooting their wedding, so not only were we capturing some natural, outdoor photos of the couple and their son Jack, but we were getting to know each other ahead of the big day.

The pair wanted the photos to fit around their home, the sheep, the fields and the tractor! They also wanted to get the house in some of the shots so they could look back at the images in years to come.

We got wrapped up for the brisk October afternoon and headed out for a wander. The couple wanted mainly relaxed photos of them interacting as a family. We  tried out a few different locations and made the most of the low autumn sun.
